1. Permitted uses.
Subscribing organization may access content for: staff training, program design, policy submissions, and the specific uses identified in your application. All other uses require advance written approval.
2. Prohibited uses.
Content may not be: redistributed externally, shared with third parties, used to identify contributors, used in carceral contexts, used in commercial reuse without renewed consent, or used in any way that could harm contributors or their communities.
3. Attribution and citation.
When citing MindBank content in internal documents, attribute as: "Source: MindBank lived-experience library." Never attempt to credit individual contributors. Never link content to specific demographics in ways that could identify.
4. Annual impact reporting.
Organization will participate in an annual reflection on use, learnings, and changes. This is collaborative, not punitive — it's how we demonstrate the platform's value.
5. Notification of misuse.
Organization will notify MindBank of any actual or suspected breach of this agreement within 5 business days.
6. Audit and accountability.
MindBank may suspend access on credible suspicion of misuse, pending investigation. Confirmed misuse results in subscription termination, contributor notification, and may include public disclosure.
7. Term and renewal.
One-year term. Auto-renewing unless cancelled with 30 days notice. Pricing changes communicated at least 60 days before renewal.
