Every commitment MindBank™ makes — to contributors, to organizations, to community — is written down. These are the documents we hold ourselves accountable to.
These policies were written as part of MindBank™'s pilot. Each is versioned, reviewed at least annually, and the most current copy always lives here. This page was last updated in October 2026.
If you are a contributor or applicant, the most directly relevant documents are the Compensation Policy (sections 2, 3, 5, and 7), the Privacy Policy, the Data Protection Policy, the Lived-Experience Integration Standard, and How We Use AI.

Compensation Policy
How MindBank™ decides who is paid, how much, when, and why. We pay for engagement, not output — every rate is published, and payment never depends on whether your contribution is published.
Privacy Policy
How we collect, store, and use information you share — and the rights you keep over it. Covers anonymity, contact preferences, data retention, and how we honour withdrawal of consent.
Data Protection Policy
The technical and operational commitments we make around how your data is stored, who can access it, and how we respond if something goes wrong. Includes our data residency commitment.
Lived-Experience Integration Standard
How people with lived experience are involved at every stage of a commission cycle, how contributors are selected, and what MindBank™ commits to — including Annex A on focus groups.
Organisation Access & Verification
Who can subscribe, how organizations are verified before they get access to contributor material, and the terms they accept — including the ban on resale.
